Energy 1–4
Low-tolerance days
Your body needs regulation, not load.
- If it is a one-off → do the Gentle Workout / Therapeutic Yoga block.
- If it keeps happening → it may be a sign you need rehabilitation first.
Adapted workouts, at your own pace, whenever you need them.

With dysautonomia, working out “no matter what” doesn’t work. What works is choosing the right intensity for what your nervous system can tolerate today. That’s why in Training POTS you don’t follow a fixed “program” — you choose your energy level each day, and the video adapts to you, not the other way round.
You don’t need to coordinate energy and posture separately — each level already comes with the position that makes sense for your body that day. As your energy rises, the workouts naturally add more postural demand, always within what is safe for your nervous system.
“Not every day your body responds the same… and that doesn’t mean you’re going backwards.”

Golden rules
If symptoms appear during a video (dizziness, palpitations, blurred vision, among others), lower your position or energy level. If they persist, stop.
Why: With POTS and dysautonomia, pushing through symptoms is not grit or discipline — it is the most common path to a crash. This rule is not restrictive: it is what lets you keep working out over time without fear.
Choose your energy level based on how your body is today, not on what you did yesterday or what you "should" be able to do.
Why: Energy fluctuates day to day for reasons that are not always in your control (weather, hormonal cycle, stress, sleep). Working out below yesterday’s level is not a setback — it is regulation.
Prioritise short, frequent workouts over occasional hard ones.
Why: The “do a lot today, crash tomorrow” (boom-bust) pattern is the most common and most harmful mistake in dysautonomia. That is why videos start at 5 minutes: the goal is to sustain movement over time, not the intensity of one session.
